Our kitchen team radiates talent; from in house butchery of whole animals to complex preparations of the gorgeous local products that surround us in Perth County we can’t help but be defined by our food.

Known for our love of local protein; we have developed a bit of a following, whether it is for our burger (100% house-ground short rib that is cooked sous-vide to 58 degrees, frozen then deep fried with absolutely no filler) – our bacon (smoked in house) – or our charcuterie (lonza [cured pork loin], coppa [pork shoulder], assorted salamis, the creamiest chicken liver mousse you’ve ever tasted + epic beef keilbasa make regular appearances on the board) you won’t be disappointed.
